Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: June 2026

Falkirk Tech Help is built to be easy to use for everyone, and especially for people who are not confident with technology or who find small text hard to read. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA , and to go further where we can.

What we do

  • Large, highly legible text and plain-English copy
  • Works when you zoom in, including at 150% and more, without losing content
  • Strong colour contrast for body text and buttons
  • No flashing, moving or auto-playing content, and no pop-ups
  • No sticky bars that get in the way when you zoom in
  • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus on every link, button and field
  • Clear labels on forms, and descriptive alt text on meaningful images
  • A "skip to main content" link at the top of every page
  • Light, fast pages that work on older computers and slower connections
