I have a 1st Class BSc in Computer Science and have spent years helping people with technology in different settings—including running training sessions and volunteering to teach computing to children.
I started Falkirk Tech Help because I kept seeing people struggling with technology that should be making their lives easier. I believe everyone deserves patient, honest help—without being made to feel like a nuisance for asking.
