In most cases I can visit within a day or two. For urgent problems, I'll always try to accommodate you as soon as possible—just let me know.
No—I come to your home. You stay comfortable while I work at your kitchen table or wherever suits you. There's no need to drop anything off.
I cover Falkirk and all the surrounding areas including Grangemouth, Larbert, Stenhousemuir, Bo'ness, Bonnybridge, Denny, Alloa, Linlithgow, Stirling, Dunblane, and Cumbernauld.
Pricing and payment
I charge £50 per hour. There are no call-out fees or hidden charges. If I can't fix the problem, you don't pay.
Yes, genuinely. If I visit your home and can't resolve the problem, you don't pay anything. I'll also tell you honestly before I start if something seems unlikely to be fixable.
Cash or bank transfer, after the job is done. I never ask for payment upfront.
No. The rate is the same seven days a week, 8am–6pm.
What I can help with
I help with phones (iPhone and Android), laptops, computers, WiFi and broadband, printers, photo backup, smart TVs, passwords and account access, online safety, and general tech tuition.
Yes—I'm comfortable working with iPhones, iPads, and Macs, as well as all Android phones and Windows computers.
That's completely fine—and very common. Just describe what's happening in plain English and I'll figure out the rest. You don't need to know the technical details.
I can attempt photo and file recovery, and in many cases it's successful. I'll tell you upfront what I think the chances are rather than getting your hopes up unnecessarily.

It's always me—Joshua. I'm a local person and I run this as a personal service, not a franchise or call centre. You'll speak to the same person every time.
I'll explain everything in plain English as I go. I believe you should always know what's happening with your own devices. If something doesn't make sense, please ask—I'll never make you feel silly for questioning anything.
